I'm Erica Arnold, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Life Coach, whose biggest passion is helping people live up to their fullest potential. Over the past five years, I’ve worked with individuals and couples across a variety of settings, and I’ve found that my heart lies in helping people navigate their relationships—both with others and with themselves.
In order to show up fully in our relationships, we have to show up for ourselves first. That means learning to prioritize our needs, set healthy boundaries, and communicate openly, honestly, and directly. Living a balanced life does not mean you have to be selfish and malicious to get what you want, nor does it mean you have to give up your needs for the sake of others. It means finding a way to honor your needs without sacrificing connection. This is the foundation of the work I do.
More specifically, I enjoy working with individuals feeling generally stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their direction. I also specialize in working with couples looking to work together toward a shared path forward—whether that means deepening emotional intimacy, resolving recurring conflicts, or learning how to navigate a thoughtful and compassionate separation.
In our work together, we’ll explore the "scales” of your life and identify which areas need more balance and support. My role is to ask the right questions, challenge your patterns, and help you create a plan that feels authentic to you. Together, we’ll create that actionable plan that’s grounded in your strengths and tailored to your goals.
At the end of the day, you’re the expert on your own life—and my job is to help you show up and show out for YOU!
It’s important to note that therapy and life coaching are not one and the same. While therapy focuses on healing from the past and addressing symptoms of diagnosed mental health disorders, life coaching is future-focused, designed to help you set meaningful goals and take intentional steps toward personal growth. Both are absolutely valuable, each offering different forms of support depending on your current needs.
