A Bit About Me

I love helping people reach their goals and watching the progress all my clients have made over the years. Part of the reason I got into this field is because of my natural tendency to want to help. The other part is that I know firsthand how helpful personal growth work can be. Sometimes it’s helpful to have an objective perspective to gain clarity about what’s holding us back, spot hidden patterns, and shift our mindset.

My approach to coaching is reflective of how I show up in life. I take a friendly, conversational approach, making sure to highlight your goals while gently challenging beliefs and thoughts that may not serve a positive purpose. I’ll help you to shift habits and thought patterns that don’t serve your goals and work with you to create healthier patterns that are aligned with your goals.

That being said, you’re completely in control of the sessions and how quickly or slowly we work through things. Some people like to reflect and build momentum gradually, while others feel ready to jump in from day one. Either way, we’ll go at a pace that works for you. My only goal is to create a a non-judgmental space to explore your next steps and work through each of your goals together.

Aside from the work I do with clients, I love to get outside and be active. I’ve played tennis my whole life and enjoy my morning walks by the beach with my dog/son, Henley! Music is also a big part of my life—bonus points if you know who sings the songs referenced in my specialties! I love spending time with friends, going to concerts, and traveling. I enjoy my quiet time, too (I’m a Libra—I’m all about balance!), spending quiet time reading or watching TV with Henley curled up next to me.
